A strategic civil engineer and senior executive with over 35 years directing mega-projects, major infrastructure and high-value portfolios across the region and beyond. He served as Executive Director for Petrojet's projects at NEOM, directing a portfolio exceeding US$3.5 billion. At Elite Town he aligns corporate strategy with delivery — the standard-bearer for engineering excellence, quality and execution on every development, and the Chairman's trusted partner in turning vision into built reality. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and postgraduate diplomas in Project Management from the American University in Cairo and Cairo University.

Oversees day-to-day operations across the company, translating the Chairman's vision into delivery and keeping departments aligned on budgets, targets and outcomes.

Ibrahim Sharbatly represents the next generation of the Sharbatly family at Elite Town, focused on growing the business — securing tenants, building partnerships and developing new opportunities across the company's projects. He brings a modern, technology-driven edge to the way Elite Town works, using AI to strengthen its marketing and presence, from the company's website to its project films. He holds a bachelor's degree from Hult International Business School in London and an MIT xPRO certificate in Designing and Building AI Products and Services.

Co-Founder and CEO of Horizon Business Solutions, building and scaling structured solutions that support businesses from formation through growth, with a focus on strategy, execution and long-term value. He also advises Al Nahla Group and helps steward the family's Private Office across operations, investments and governance. Representing the next generation of the Sharbatly family, he brings a practical, results-driven approach to Elite Town. University of Miami graduate.
