Saudi Arabia's Mostadam rating system sets the benchmark for sustainable buildings across the Kingdom, and Vision 2030 commits the nation to lower-carbon, liveable cities. We design our developments to work toward these standards — treating energy, water, materials, and wellbeing as decisions made at the drawing board, not retrofits added later.

Passive design first
In Jeddah's heat, orientation, shading, and natural ventilation cut cooling demand before any system runs. At Tahlia Commercial Centre, the renovation reworks the envelope and daylighting to lower the load the building carries year-round.
Building-integrated solar
We plan rooftops and façades as power producers, not just surfaces — pairing high-efficiency cooling with on-site generation so our larger developments lean on the grid less as they scale.
Smart infrastructure
In the South Jeddah master plan, IoT networks are intended to manage lighting, security, and services from a central command, with AI-enabled tools spanning predictive maintenance to tenant service.
Water & responsible materials
Efficient fixtures and landscape strategies suited to an arid climate, paired with durable, recyclable materials sourced locally wherever practical — keeping embodied impact and operating cost down together.
